Join us on a 7-day trip to Havana, where everything revolves around rhythm, passion and Cuban joie de vivre. You can choose to stay in a comfortable hotel in Miramar or in an authentic casa particular in the heart of the capital. In intensive private lessons with your personal dance instructor, you will learn or improve the steps of salsa and other Cuban dances - individually adapted to your level.
In addition to the daily dance lessons, there is plenty of time to discover Havana's cultural diversity. Explore the colonial old town on an optional walking tour, enjoy a cocktail or cookery workshop or experience an unforgettable evening at the legendary 1830 Salsa Club. This trip combines professional dance training with a real Cuban feeling and turns your week in Havana into a rhythmic experience.
Day 1: Arrival in Havana
Welcome to the capital of Cuba! After your arrival at Havana airport, you will be personally welcomed and taken to your accommodation. The rest of the day is at leisure - ideal for gathering your first impressions or taking a stroll through the neighbourhood.

Day 2: Discover Havana
Today you have time to explore Havana on your own. Stroll through the colourful streets, admire American classic cars and enjoy the special flair of the city.
Optionally, you can take part in a guided city tour on foot. You will discover the most important sights of the old town (UNESCO World Heritage Site), historic squares and colonial architecture and gain exciting insights into the history of Cuba.

Day 3: Start of your dance journey
Your dance adventure begins today! You will meet your personal dance instructor at a local dance school. During an intensive two-hour private lesson, you will learn the basics or refine your technique in salsa, son or other Cuban rhythms.
The lessons are customised to your level - whether beginner or advanced. You will work on your sense of rhythm, posture and leading techniques.

Optional: Participation in a Cuban cookery workshop, where you will learn about traditional dishes and prepare them yourself.
Day 4: Rhythm & enjoyment
Today you will continue your dance training. With your personal teacher, you will deepen your steps, improve your turns and work on your expression and musicality. In the afternoon, you will have time to relax or explore the city on your own.
Optionally, you can take part in a cocktail workshop and learn how to professionally prepare classic Cuban drinks such as mojito or daiquiri.

Day 5: Salsa & sunset
Another intensive dance session awaits you. Today the focus is on combinations and flowing movement sequences. Your teacher will help you to gain confidence and self-assurance on the dance floor.
Optionally, you can take a rooftop tour and experience Havana from a completely new perspective. Enjoy the sunset over the rooftops of the city - a perfect moment for unforgettable memories.

Day 6: Salsa night in Havana
Today is your last regular dance lesson on the programme - a perfect opportunity to consolidate everything you have learned. Together with your personal dance instructor, you will repeat your favourite moves, refine your technique and expression and gain even more confidence on the dance floor. Feel how natural rhythm and movement now feel.
The evening belongs to the real Havana experience:
You have the option of visiting the legendary 1830 Salsa Club, located right by the sea. Including transfers, admission and a salsa instructor to accompany you, you can immerse yourself in the city's vibrant nightlife. Between the locals, live music and Caribbean atmosphere, you have the perfect opportunity to practise your newly learnt steps authentically - where salsa is lived.

Day 7: Departure
Enjoy your last dance lesson in Cuba in the morning. Together with your personal dance teacher, you will repeat your favourite steps once again and feel how much confidence and sense of rhythm you have gained this week. Perhaps you will dance with a whole new lightness today - full of self-confidence and Cuban flair.
After the lessons, it's time to say goodbye. Your driver will take you comfortably to Havana airport. With unforgettable memories, new dance skills and the sound of salsa in your heart, you will start your journey home - but the rhythm of Cuba will stay with you for a long time to come.
