For some of our tours, only a limited number of accommodation or means of transport are available locally. When making a booking, we must therefore first ensure that the required services are available at the destination. When booking on request, we will therefore first check local availability before confirming your booking. This may take a few days. If a certain service is not available, we will suggest an alternative, for example a different accommodation or a different car hire category.

We always recommend booking long-haul journeys several months in advance. Especially if your travel dates fall in the high season or on a public holiday. By doing this, we can guarantee you the best prices and availability of all services. This is especially true for flights, hotels and car hire, as availability in these areas is often very limited, especially for last-minute bookings with less than a month's notice.
