We use the data provided by you that is required to fulfil and process the offers requested by you and the agreements made with you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) ff. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data such as surname, first name, street and house number, postcode, place of residence, date of birth, language, nationality, gender, e-mail address, telephone numbers or other information provided by you, such as allergies and food preferences, will only be stored by us if this information is required and necessary for the provision of the requested services. This occurs when you request a quote from us, want to find out about our products via our contact forms, order a catalogue, subscribe to our newsletter or book a trip.

Your data will be processed by Sprachcaffe in the EU. To the extent permitted by law, data processing also takes place in other European countries. The transfer of personal data to the relevant service providers (e.g. airlines, hotel and private pension operators, car hire companies, insurance companies, tour guides, local providers of day tours or excursions) in corresponding third countries is necessary in order to fulfil the contractual agreements made with you.

If you have decided to make a booking with Sprachcaffe, your data will be passed on to the necessary service providers such as airlines, hotel and private pension operators, car rental companies, insurance companies, tour guides, local providers of day tours or excursions as well as to units within the Sprachcaffe organisation. We also pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for sending documents, e-mails or catalogues. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to compile statistics about our conversion rate.
