Privacy policy

We use the data provided by you that is required to fulfil and process the offers requested by you and the agreements made with you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) ff. of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data will be transmitted to the relevant service providers in corresponding third countries for the fulfilment of the travel contract.
Personal data such as surname, first name, street and house number, postcode, place of residence, date of birth, language, nationality, gender, e-mail address, telephone numbers or other information provided by you, such as allergies and food preferences, will only be stored by us if this information is required and necessary for the provision of the requested services. This occurs when you request a quote from us, want to find out about our products via our contact forms, order a catalogue, subscribe to our newsletter or book a trip.
Your data will be processed by Sprachcaffe in the EU. To the extent permitted by law, data processing also takes place in other European countries.
