Day 1: Arrival in Managua - onward journey to León
After your arrival at Managua airport, you will be warmly welcomed and taken directly to León by private transfer. During the journey, you will get your first impressions of the country. On arrival, you will have time to settle in or take your first stroll through the colonial city.

Day 2: León
Today you will immerse yourself in the history and culture of León. On a guided tour of the city, you will discover impressive churches, historic squares and the lively everyday life of the city. León is considered the cultural centre of the country - characterised by art, student life and an eventful history.
Afterwards, a special experience awaits you: a visit to the renowned Flor de Caña rum distillery. Here you will learn more about the production of this world-famous rum and its importance for Nicaragua.

Day 3: León
Today is at your leisure. Take the opportunity to discover León at your own pace or take an optional excursion to the Pacific coast.
The beaches of Las Peñitas invite you to relax, while a visit to the historic ruins of León Viejo offers exciting insights into the past. Alternatively, simply enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the city.

Day 4: León - Granada
After breakfast, you will continue your journey to Granada. The journey takes you through varied landscapes and gives you a feel for the diversity of the country.

Day 5: Granada - Isletas in Lake Nicaragua
A unique nature experience awaits you today: a boat tour through the islets of Granada. This archipelago of over 300 small islands was created by a volcanic eruption and today forms a fascinating ecosystem.
During the trip, you will experience tropical vegetation, exotic bird species and the tranquil life on the water - a relaxing and impressive excursion.

Day 6: Granada - Masaya volcano & local traditions

Day 8: Ometepe - nature & island life

Day 10: Ometepe - San Juan del Sur
Today you leave the island and continue your journey to the Pacific coast. After the ferry crossing and transfer, you will reach San Juan del Sur - a charming coastal town with a relaxed atmosphere.
The rest of the day is free for you to arrive and enjoy the sea.

Day 11: San Juan del Sur - relaxing by the Pacific Ocean
This day is all yours. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of San Juan del Sur - whether on a walk along the bay, a swim in the sea or simply relaxing on the beach.
Optionally, you can visit nearby beaches such as Playa Hermosa or Playa Maderas, which offer fine sand and ideal conditions for swimming or surfing. In the evening, take a walk along the coast as the sun slowly sets in the Pacific and bathes the sky in warm colours.

Day 12: San Juan del Sur - sailing experience
Another highlight of your trip awaits you today: a relaxed sailing tour along the Pacific coast.
