You start in the tropical archipelago of Bocas del Toro, where white beaches, dolphins and colourful coral reefs await you. In Boquete, you will discover the mountain world of Panama with its cloud forests and coffee plantations. Continue to the relaxed surfing village of Santa Catalina, the starting point for a nature adventure in Coiba National Park. Hikes and e-bike tours through volcanic landscapes await you in the green Valle de Antón.
You will spend the last few days in Panama City, where modernity and colonial flair come together. Whether a dance lesson, a canal cruise or an excursion to the indigenous Guna Yala Islands - Panama bids farewell with unforgettable impressions.

Day 1: Bocas del Toro
Welcome to Panama! After arriving at Panama City International Airport, take a domestic flight to the Caribbean island paradise of Bocas del Toro. Even from the plane, you will discover the dreamlike backdrop of turquoise-coloured sea and lush green islands. After the transfer to your accommodation, you have the rest of the day at leisure. Feel the rhythm of the Caribbean, relax on the terrace with sea views or take your first walk along the waterfront.

Day 2: Zapatilla
An unforgettable excursion on the water awaits you today. Glide by boat through the turquoise-coloured sea to the uninhabited island of Zapatilla, one of the most beautiful beaches in the archipelago. Swim in the crystal-clear water, walk barefoot on white sand and enjoy the tropical natural paradise. On the way back, stop off at Dolphin Bay, where, with a bit of luck, playful dolphins will accompany the boat - an experience that will live long in the memory.

Day 3: Optional: Coral Cay & Red Frog Beach
Today is at your leisure - or you can opt for another boat tour (optional) to the colourful coral reefs of Coral Cay, where you can discover tropical fish while snorkelling. Afterwards, head to the idyllic Red Frog Beach on Isla Bastimentos, where red poison dart frogs live in the rainforest and a wide beach invites you to relax.

Day 4: Free day in Bocas del Toro
Organise the day as you wish. Relax by the pool at the lodge, drift away in a hammock or explore the surrounding area on your own. If you like, you can hire a kayak, book a guided snorkelling tour or take a water taxi to another island village. Bocas del Toro is a place where you will forget the time.

Day 5: Bocas del Toro
Another day under palm trees! Use the day to experience everything that is still on your wish list. The evening is ideal for a sundowner at the beach bar - pure Caribbean feeling.

Day 6: Bocas del Toro - Boquete
After breakfast, you say goodbye to the islands and head back to the mainland. From there, a transfer will take you to the green mountain region of Boquete, known for its fresh climate and excellent coffee. Optionally, you can book a coffee tour with tasting in the afternoon - an experience for all the senses! The small town of Boquete also invites you to stroll around with its cafés and galleries.

Day 7: Boquete
Today you will explore the misty forests around Boquete. On a guided hike, you will experience the flora and fauna of the region - you might even spot the legendary quetzal bird. You will cross spectacular suspension bridges and enjoy marvellous views of the highlands. The cool mountain air and the intense greenery make this day a special nature experience.

Day 8: Boquete - Santa Catalina
After breakfast, your journey continues to the Pacific coast, more precisely to the relaxed Santa Catalina. The journey takes around five hours and offers beautiful scenery along the way. After checking into your boutique hotel, you will have time at leisure. Enjoy the sunset on the expansive beach or round off the day with a cocktail by the sea.

Day 9: Coiba National Park
A real highlight awaits you today: the Coiba National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and paradise for sea lovers. Explore secluded islands, crystal-clear water and colourful reefs on a boat tour. Whether snorkelling or diving - turtles, colourful schools of fish and, with a bit of luck, even dolphins or reef sharks await you here.

Day 10: Santa Catalina - Valle de Antón
Today you leave the coast and travel to the green heart of Panama - the Valle de Antón, which lies in an extinct volcanic crater. On the way, you will stop for a traditional lunch. In the afternoon, you will arrive at your charming hotel in the valley. The rest of the day is at leisure - perhaps for a walk in the garden or a visit to the small artisan market.

Day 11: Valle de Antón
Use the day for an e-bike tour through the valley or hike to the "India Dormida", a mountain formation with impressive views. Alternatively, visit the orchid garden or the thermal springs. Exercise, nature and relaxation - just the way you like it.

Day 12: Valle de Antón - Panama City
You drive back to the capital Panama City - one of the most exciting metropolises in Central America. The afternoon is at leisure. Fancy some rhythm? Then take part in a salsa lesson or round off the day at a rooftop bar with a view of the skyline.

Day 13: Old town and Panama Canal
Today you will discover two faces of the capital: the colonial old town of Casco Viejo with its pastel-coloured facades and the world-famous Panama Canal, an engineering masterpiece. A guided city tour brings you closer to Panama's past and present. In the evening, there is time to explore on your own or enjoy dinner in one of the excellent restaurants.

Day 14: Lake Gatun
On a boat tour on Lake Gatun, you will discover monkey islands and visit an indigenous Emberá community. You will learn more about the Emberá way of life, handicrafts and culture before returning to civilisation by boat. A day full of contrasts and insights.

Day 15: Guna Yala
You set off early in the morning on a day trip to the tropical island world of Guna Yala (also known as San Blas). The white dream beaches, palm trees and turquoise-coloured sea look like something out of a picture book. You will also visit a Guna village and gain an authentic insight into the way of life of this autonomous people.

Day 16: Free day in Panama City
The day is at leisure - ideal for last-minute shopping, a walk along the Amador Causeway or a visit to a museum. If you like, treat yourself to a spa day or explore the modern side of Panama with its high-rise buildings and shopping centres.

Day 17: Goodbye, Panama!
Depending on your departure time, you may still have time for a last coffee with a view of the skyline. A driver will then take you to the airport - with plenty of impressions, new experiences and perhaps a little Caribbean serenity in your luggage.
