Hike and relaxation at the foot of the volcano
This combination tour is a classic for anyone stopping off in La Fortuna: Firstly, an experienced nature guide will lead you through the fascinating rainforest landscape at the foot of the Arenal volcano. During the hike through primary and secondary forest, you will discover tropical plants and animals and learn a lot about the history of the volcano. The highlight is the viewpoint, from where you can marvel at the imposing cone of the Arenal at close range and take impressive photos.
Afterwards, you will head to the exclusive Ecotermales Hot Springs, where you can relax in stylishly designed natural thermal pools. Surrounded by tropical greenery, you can enjoy peace, warmth and well-being here - before ending the day with a delicious dinner in the restaurant. The return transfer to the hotel is included.

Pick up and drive to the Arenal National Park
You will be picked up comfortably from the hotel and after a short drive you will reach the starting point of the hike in the Arenal Volcano National Park.

Guided volcano hike
Your bilingual nature guide will lead you through the tropical vegetation and explain the flora, fauna and geological features along the way. A breathtaking view of the Arenal awaits you at the viewpoint.
Third highlight
Relax in the thermal water
After the hike, the bus will take you to the stylish thermal springs of Ecotermales. The complex offers various pools, changing rooms, a bar and relaxation areas. Let your body and mind relax in the warm, mineral-rich water - ideal after the hike.
Fourth highlight
Dinner and return journey
Finally, you will enjoy a typical local dinner in the restaurant on site. Afterwards, the driver will take you comfortably back to your accommodation in La Fortuna.
